Cancellation policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. You can let us know by phone, email, message or through our social media.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge.
Booking policy
When booking, please make sure you are able to commit to your appointment. If changes are needed, we ask that you follow our cancellation policy as a courtesy to your therapist and other clients.
Emergency Situations
We understand that genuine emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. In these cases, we will take this into account when applying any cancellation charges.
Safety policy
Your safety and comfort are our top priority, as is the wellbeing of our staff. We will always respect your dignity and privacy and carry out an initial consultation by phone, using our questionnaires, to ensure your treatment is suitable for you.
If at any time a situation makes us feel unsafe or uncomfortable, we reserve the right to stop the treatment. In such cases, the full charge for the appointment will still apply.
