Chakra balancing works on the internal pathways that keep our bodies, mind, spirt and soul energies flowing. There are 7 main energy points going down the centre of the body each representing different parts of the human energy fields.

These can be blocked caused by trauma, stress, diet and also can be too open causing life to be frantic. Making sure these are flowing at a controlled rate brings more calm and balance into everyday life.

On your first appointment we will discuss your overall well-being and current life situation, using guidance through different *sources. The chakras will then be felt, non-touch, to see how the energy is flowing.

Pre blended oils are then used to to aid with the flow distribution to bring the energy back to centre. This may need several appointments to clear any blockages where other treatments may be advised.
